3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Turning Point Tourism LLC.
  • Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before services are rendered.
  • Prices are quoted in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
  • No-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when making bookings or registering on our platforms. You are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, and insurance for your trip.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Indus Connect Travels and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turning Point Tourism LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
